1.房间钥匙：当您离开房间外出时，请将钥匙交给楼层服务员，（为确保安全，取钥匙时服务员将询问您的房卡，再将钥匙交还给您）如不慎丢失需赔偿人民币100元。
2.洗衣服务：请于每日早晨10:00时前，将您需要洗烫的衣物填写好洗衣单，装入洗衣袋中交给楼面服务员，便可于当日18:00时前取回衣物。
3.电视节目：您可以从房间彩色电视中免费看到40余套节目及凤凰卫视:
a.中央台（1-8套）；b.甘肃台（1-2套）c.嘉峪关台（1，2套）；d.山东卫视；e.浙江卫视；f.福建卫视；g.四川卫视；h.辽宁卫视等卫星传送的电视节目。
4.请勿打扰：当您需要休息时，可将“请勿打扰”卡挂在门外。
5.饮用开水：热水放置在您的房间内，如需增添，请与客房服务中心电话联系，电话号码 1100。
6.擦鞋服务：楼层服务员为您提供免费擦皮鞋服务。
7.冰柜存物：取用冰柜内存物均按房内价目记账单收费，如需增添请与楼层服务员联系。
8.叫醒服务：若需叫醒服务员请与总服务台联系。
9.送餐服务：您若需要送餐至房内，可将宾馆提供菜单填入送餐单即可。
10.您下塌的房间设备若发生故障，请与楼层服务台联系，服务员将立即通知维修人员前来修 理。
Housekeepying Service
1.Keys: please turn in your key to the floor attendant wheneven you leave the room. For security reasons, your key will not be returned untill you show your room card to the floor attendant.
2.Laundry: please make a list of your laundry, put it into a laundry bag, and leave it with the floor attendant puior to 10:00a.m.in order to receive it back before 18:00.
3.TV programs: TV programs are available on 20 channels in your room free of charge. They include CCTV -(1-8);Jia Yugnan TV -(1,2); Gansu TV station and so on.
4."Do not Disturb"Sign: When you are taking a rest please hang the "DND"sign outside the door.
5.Water Supply:Hot water is araulable in the room, polishing ser-vice.
6.shoe polishing:The Floor attendant offers free shoe polishing ser-vice.
7.Fridge:Drinks from the fridge are charged to the guest' s account according to the price list in the room, please contact the floor attendant for help if You want more.
8.Wake - up Service: please contact the service desk if You need wake - up service.
9.When the facilities in your room are out of order, please contact the floor attendant for help. |
